IVIRE Grand Cuvee

This special wine is a harmonious blend of three grape varieties – Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat Ottonel. The uniqueness of the Riesling lies in its fermentation and aging in barrique barrels, which provide rich, complex aromas and flavors to the wine. The barrique aging adds vanilla and smoky notes to the fundamentally fruity and floral character of the Riesling. The Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat Ottonel were harvested together and fermented in stainless steel tanks using reductive technology, preserving their freshness and vibrant fruity, floral aromas. The resulting wine balances the richness of oak barrel aging with the freshness of reductive fermentation, making it an ideal choice for special occasions or alongside delicate dishes such as seafood, white meats, or fresh salads.
